Mackzy generates application code from your prompts. Mackzy Billing is not enabled yet, so no payments are taken and no subscriptions are charged at this time. We provide tooling, not a hosted product. You are responsible for hosting, deployment, and securing any application you generate.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated code is error-free, secure, or fit for production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mackzy's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data, or business opportunity.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mackzy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your applications, your content, your use of generated code, or your breach of these terms.
You may not use Mackzy to generate malware, phishing, unlawful content, or applications that violate the rights of others. We may suspend access for abuse.
Users on the Enterprise plan, Agency Bundle, or Mega Bundle are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated code for commercial resale to their own clients, provided the generated code is not used to build a competing AI app builder or similar platform. Users on Starter, Creator, or Pro plans may use the code for their own commercial projects, but may not resell the code as a standalone product to third parties.
Mackzy Shield performs automated static checks on generated projects. These checks are advisory and do not constitute a security audit, penetration test, or certification. A passing verdict is not a guarantee of safety.
