Mackzy uses probabilistic AI models. Generated code may contain errors, omissions, security vulnerabilities, or code that does not match your intent. You must review, test, and secure all output before deployment.

2. No warranty

AI output is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mackzy does not guarantee that generated code is production-ready, secure, or lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the applications you generate, the data they process, the dependencies they use, and compliance with the laws that apply to you. Automated Shield checks are advisory, not a security audit or certification.

4. Ownership and third-party rights

You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, assets, and generated output do not infringe third-party rights. Mackzy makes no representation that model output is free of third-party claims.
