When billing is enabled, subscriptions will be billed in advance. No refunds for partial months or unused builds. Cancel anytime through Mackzy Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. No charges are being taken today.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you were charged in error or experienced a verified service outage that prevented use, contact support@mackzy.app within 14 days and we will review the case in good faith.
