Subprocessors
Last updated 31 October 2026
1. Infrastructure and data processors
Mackzy LLC uses the following processors: Supabase (database, authentication, storage; Canada), Vercel (hosting, sandbox, AI gateway; United States), Stripe (card payments; United States), Kobara with MonCash/NatCash (local mobile-money payments; Haiti), DeepSeek (model inference; provider region), Resend (transactional email; United States), and Upstash (Redis sessions and rate limiting; United States).
2. Purpose limitation
Each processor receives only the data needed for its function. Payment providers receive payment and contact data; the model provider receives prompts and code needed to generate output; hosting and database providers process account and project data.
3. Transfer safeguards
Where required, Mackzy relies on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and processor DPAs. Enterprise customers may request the current subprocessor register, executed DPA references, and transfer documentation from legal@mackzy.com.
4. Change notice and evidence
Mackzy reviews this register when a processor is added or materially changed and provides customers a reasonable opportunity to object where required by contract. The executed agreement set is maintained by legal@mackzy.com; this page is the public notice, not a substitute for the signed instruments.
