Help
The rules of the product, in plain language. Mackzy is a hardened private beta with secure auth, billing, preview, and queue foundations. If something here does not match what you see, that is a bug — tell support.
Can I build an app without a credit card?
Yes. You can build full-stack apps with Mackzy and pay with MonCash or NatCash, without an international credit card. Choose the wallet at checkout and approve the prompt on your phone.
Builds and edits
- What counts as a build?
- One prompt that produces a working app in a new project. Starting a build consumes one build from your plan and counts against the daily cap.
- What counts as an edit?
- A follow-up prompt inside an existing project that changes the app. Each edit consumes one edit from your allowance.
- What happens when I run out?
- A build or edit stops before it starts and you are told which limit was hit. Nothing is charged, and your projects are untouched. Limits reset with the billing period.
Plans and billing
- When does my plan activate?
- Only after the payment processor confirms the charge. Until then the dashboard is read-only: you can look around, but building, exporting and deploying stay locked.
- How do I cancel?
- Billing → Cancel subscription. It opens the secure portal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops.
- Where are my invoices?
- Billing → Manage payment & invoices opens the Stripe portal, which holds every invoice and the saved card.
- Do prices include tax?
- Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address. The pricing page states the treatment for your region instead of guessing a rate.
Payments
- Which methods can I use?
- Cards everywhere. MonCash and NatCash in Haiti once the local rail is enabled — the checkout marks a method unavailable rather than failing it.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Cards are charged in USD. MonCash and NatCash are charged in gourdes at the live rate shown at checkout.
Security
- What is Mackzy Shield?
- Automated checks run on generated code. It is a helpful signal, not a security audit, penetration test or certification. You remain responsible for what you deploy.
- Are my projects private?
- Projects are owner-scoped: the database and every page check that the signed-in account owns the row. Chat sessions are checked the same way.
Account
- I forgot my password.
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If email delivery is not configured on this deployment, contact support and the account can be recovered manually.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Delete account. It removes your projects, usage history and subscription. This cannot be undone.
